Adoption plans
- Full-tree adoption: ₹10,000 for the full season harvest from one tree.
- Shared-tree adoption: ₹5,500 to split one tree with one other family.
- By-the-kilo order: ₹250 per kilogram with a minimum order of 5 kg.
- Full-tree and shared-tree adoptions include a guaranteed minimum harvest of 50 kg for the whole tree; shared-tree families receive half of the actual harvest.
Free booking policy
- Free bookings reserve a tree slot without immediate payment. They are valid only while trees of the selected variety are available.
- Free bookings do not include the sponsored farm visit, personalised name board, or guaranteed harvest. These benefits activate only after full payment.
- Free bookings may be released if payment is not completed within the communicated deadline.
Farm visit & name board
- Pay-in-full full-tree and shared-tree adopters receive one sponsored one-day farm visit for a family of four.
- A personalised name board will be printed and tagged to the chosen tree for pay-in-full adopters.
- Families may visit the farm on their own expenses unlimited times thereafter, subject to prior appointment and farm operating hours.
Harvest, delivery & weather
- Harvest quantity and timing depend on seasonal conditions. We use organic practices and avoid chemical ripening.
- Delivery is currently available only within Bangalore, India.
- In the event of significant crop failure due to weather or pests, we will offer a credit toward the next season or a partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations & refunds
- Paid orders may be cancelled before harvest begins for a full refund minus payment gateway charges.
- Once harvesting or delivery has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
- Free bookings may be cancelled at any time before payment is completed.
Account & data
- Account creation requires a verified mobile number via OTP, a valid email address, and a Bangalore delivery address.
- We use your contact details only for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and farm-visit communication. We do not sell personal data.
